Dear St. Gabriel Family in Faith,

As concerned and involved parishioners, you know that we have much to be proud of here at St. Gabriel the Archangel.  Together we have celebrated many Sacraments, worshiped in a way that truly glorifies God, and we continue to be intently focused on our mission to pass on the faith and live it vibrantly in our world.  As your pastor, I am grateful and humbled by your love of our faith and this parish community.

And so it is with great anticipation and excitement that we now look forward to realizing our goals of having facilities that will support our mission as it continues to grow, and reflect our vibrant faith to the surrounding community.  Our parish leaders are already hard at work to make this effort a success.  But, for it to truly succeed, we will need the help of the entire community.

To help you stay engaged with our efforts, this site will serve as the primary portal for information concerning our project development and campaign efforts.  I invite you to visit this website often to find out what is happening, to find answers to your questions, and to help you discern how best you are able to support our efforts.

St. Gabriel the Archangel is a wonderful faith community and I am very blessed to be your pastor.  And as your pastor, I especially encourage you to pray for our community throughout this entire process.  We certainly cannot be successful without God’s grace and guidance.  Let us entrust this campaign to the intercession of Our Blessed Mother, St. Joseph and to our Patron St. Gabriel.

May God’s blessing be with you always,

Fr. Kirk

Enriching and nourishing the faith lives within our community, so that we can go into the world as true heralds of the Gospel.

  • Limited classroom space – more classroom space will enhance our faith formation programs and enable more ministries space to meet on a regular basis.
  • Limited fellowship space – dedicated fellowship space will allow for more interaction of parishioners, groups and ministries.
  • Nursery / child care – enable young families to be able to participate more fully in the many functions and ministries offered at St. Gabriel.
  • Limited Narthex space – A space to more clearly mark the transition between the outside world and the sacredness of the Nave.
  • Limited seating in Nave – allow for more to be able to gather and participate in the liturgy in anticipation of our projected growth over the next 10 years.
  • Most importantly – help ensure that our faith will be effectively passed on to future generations.

A Prayer for Our Parish

God our Father, we thank you for your many blessings. For everything that we have we have received from you.

As we journey together as a community of faith, growing and embracing the mission you have given us, we ask that you unite our hearts and our minds.

Bless our efforts to build a temple befitting of your glory, that we may worship You in spirit and in truth.

Called together by the power of the Holy Spirit, we rely on your guidance and your bounty.

Help us truly be the light of the world, that others may come to glorify you through us.

Help us build in a way that echoes the heavenly Jerusalem. May our efforts reflect Jesus Christ, the cornerstone of our faith.

Open our ears to hear your word.
Open our eyes to see your truth.
Open our minds to know your will.
Open our hearts in generosity.

As St. Gabriel is your messenger, may we also be messengers of hope.

St. Mary, Queen of Angels, pray for us. St. Joseph, patron of the Church, pray for us. We ask all of this through Jesus Christ, our Lord, amen.
