How to register
Please click on the link above to print and fill out our registration form. You can also get a printout of the registration form at our Information Center, which is located in the narthex.
Once it's completed, you can drop it off two ways:
1. At the Parish Office which is open Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm.or
2. Drop it off at the parish mailbox (anytime), which is located outside in front of the main entrance of the building, or inside at the Welcome Desk mailbox.

Information desk

In our narthex, you will find our Information Desk which has useful information such as:
- Map of the parish campus
- Paper Copies of Registration Forms
- Registration Drop Box
- Business Cards of Clergy & Staff
- Lost & Found Bin in the cabinets
- Recycling Bin in the cabinets for household batteries, cell phones, ink cartridges, and eyeglasses.
